FonoFono (Pty) Ltd (“FonoFono”), a private company registered in the Lesotho (Registration number: 2024/330748/07), is a registered credit provider (NCRCP20282) whose primary business is micro-financing personal clients.

These Terms and Conditions relate to the access and use of the FonoFono website (www.fonofono.co.ls) as well as any FonoFono software applications or self-service portals.

The FonoFono website and all FonoFono software applications are owned by FonoFono (Pty) Ltd, with its registered address at:
66 Rietfontein Road, Glen Marais, Kempton Park, Gauteng, 1619.
All rights and defences in this document apply to the company.

1. Any dispute arising from these Terms may be referred to arbitration in Johannesburg under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA).

2. FonoFono does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free services, nor the absence of viruses or harmful components.
3. FonoFono is not liable for any damage or loss suffered as a result of using or relying on information from its platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, regardless of your location or nationality.
